Today Google apparently wanted to have some fun. Thereore, they decided to tell people to take a moment from their busy days and type "do a barrel roll" in in the Big G's search engine. I tried it and it is kind of funny.

My Question to Explore was This: Does it Work in Other Search Engines?

My Report So Far: I tried it in Yahoo, Dogpile, and Bing. It doesn't work in any of these for me. I'd be curious to find out if anyone else has tried it in a search engine and if it has worked or not. If so please comment somewhere on this post and let me know. :)

About 9/11: Am American Disaster

This is yet another post that could be off topic as far as the subject of some of my blogs are concerned. However, this is important nonetheless. This is about America, the country I live in and how the September 11th Disaster that occurred on September 11th, 2001 affected our whole country, and our whole world. Therefore, I decided to alert you that I have posted this entry on more than one of my blogs.

I just posted an article on Caught My Eye regarding the top ten most dangerous jobs. This determination of danger is based on the number of deaths per 100,000 people. When you consider your line of work you have many pros and cons to consider.

This is true whether you are a freelance writer, home business owner, or factory worker. It is true whether you desire to be in a more physical job, such as fish harvesting, logging, farming, or machine operating. Police work also is very risky, among other professions. I have a link on my blog via the Caught My Eye for people who want to learn more about new professions.

This may be one way to appreciate whatever line of work you are in, It could also help you determine whether or not you should remain self-employed or find a steady job, or vice-versa.

That's the message I received today in my e-mail box.
How touching, I thought. Mabye I should reply
back and say I am not interested in your offer.

Maybe I should also add that I am going to put
them on my spam list-and then close by

What urks me the most though is when a
spammer-or should I say "scammer"-dares to send

I received a spam mail on June 19th that said Happy Birthday. At first I though well maybe someone sent me a birthday message.

I thank you spammer for the "Happy Birthday" Message. You sent it to me on June 19th, how did you know that was when my birthday was? Oh, wait, but you didn't know did you? My birthday is really May 1st.

Well, it's a good think my e-mail account has a reading pain or I would have wasted more time reading this bogus piece of mail. At least I have something to laugh about now. You get the most creative spam award of the week.

The Stupidest Acts I have Ever Done

Stupid Act. No. 3

I went against the warning of some advice that an old flame gave me. He told me to go down a certain highway while it was snowing but I didn’t. I ended up going down the highway he warned me about, and I ended up in the ditch. Then, I had gotten a ride after work the same day to have someone help me pull my car out of the ditch-which was over 30 miles from home.

As soon as my ride from work dropped me off I found out that I had lost my Keys!!! Here it was…the middle of December in Northwestern Wisconsin and I FORGOT my keys at work-and had NO way back there to get them!!!

If that’s not bad, my dad got into a ditch the next day while trying to bail my car out of the ditch. He totaled his truck on the main highway…before you feel sorry for us…I can assure you that everyone was okay…no one got hurt.

The most embarrassing part of all this is…just ONE week before this happened…

I RAN OUT OF GAS…over 30 miles from home! Needless to say the Northern Wisconsin climate was too much for me and I moved back to my hometown-Green Bay, which is not much warmer during December. However, at least if my car dies I don’t have to walk 30 miles to the gas station. (I really didn’t have to do that, I just made that up. Really someone picked me up.)

When was 8 years old I ate lunch at a fast food joint with my grandma and my cousin. When we were done I was the first one in the car-which was a Grey Escort…but it was NOT my grandma’s car. Gee…I thought something looked different.

When I had realized my grandma's car was next to the one I had gotten into I immediatley jumped out of the stranger's car. My Grandma, my cousin, and I were laughing very loudly. I was only 8 years old at the time, but what is my excuse now? I still do stupid things like that.

~~Spilt a 32 Ounce Glass of Diet Coke All Over a Restaurant Counter~~

I was working at Mc Donald's At the Time...

When I was working at Mc Donald's as a teenager-I was only 17 years old-I spilt a man's soda all over the front counter just before I had to take his money. There was a line of people standing behind him. Diet Coke was running down the front of the checkout counter, and under all the registers, and trays of food were getting splashed. What a nightmare! I was so ashamed I couldn't even speak to say I am sorry. The counter had to be wiped up and I felt like running away, for as far away as possible.

whatsoever. The question is, should those who make up stupid blogs such as
this one be allowed to do so?
